Being military veterans, each of us know and live by high values: Loyalty, Duty, and Integrity. When each one of us stepped off of our midnight bus to our respected duty stations to serve our country, we learned what it means to dedicate ourselves to serving others in need.

Hero's disaster relief response desire began when Hurricane Katrina devastated the New Orleans area in 2005. Mike, the owner of Hero Remediation, mobilized with his Army unit to help. Each of the members of his team were awarded the Humanitarian Service Medal for their hurricane disaster relief response. Since then, the Hero team has mobilized throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, Florida and Haiti. We've also participated in roofing projects in Africa. 

As dedicated Emergency Service Responders, we are passionate about conducting Emergency Water Restoration, Mold Remediation, and Biohazard Remediation in the Mobile and Pensacola areas. We are college educated and continuously advancing ourselves to provide the level of knowledge and detail that buyers deserve.

Our promise is to provide thorough and knowledgeable water restoration and flood response services and to articulate our observations in a comprehensive manner.
