What you can do to protect yourself and your family from getting the Coronavirus

Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds using soap and water or an alcohol based hand rub

Cover your coughs and sneezes using the inside of your elbow to prevent airborne transmission

Maintain a social distance of 6 feet or greater from other people

Stay home and self-isolate from others and refrain from unnecessary outdoor activities
